📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website or through our store. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.

Joyarney ships internationally from Hong Kong. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

📍 Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Joyarney is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@joyarney.com — we will do our best to update it before shipment.
