At Joyarney, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

⏳ Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Items requested for return after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, chewed, or damaged by pets
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@joyarney.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@joyarney.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@joyarney.com. For a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.

🚨 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
