Q1: Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account comes with great benefits:
- Faster checkout for future orders

Q2: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@joyarney.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout.
Q4: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through a SSL-encrypted secure connection. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is certified PCI DSS compliant for your peace of mind.
Q5: Are prices in USD? What if my card is in a different currency?
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will convert the amount based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any conversion fees are determined by your card issuer.

Q6: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times by region:
- United States & United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Canada, Australia & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Q7: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Q8: How do I set my shipping address?
Please enter your shipping address in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, please use the closest English equivalent (e.g., replace "é" with "e"). Ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Q9: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your purchase. We recommend using your permanent residential address rather than a temporary one.
Q10: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@joyarney.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
Q12: What do I do if items are missing from my order?
If your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately at support@joyarney.com with your order number and details of the missing items. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Q13: What is your return policy?

Q14: Are your pet toys safe for my cat?
Yes! All of our products are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. However, we always recommend supervising your pet during playtime, especially with toys that contain small parts such as bells or beads.
Q15: How do I clean the pet toys?
Cleaning instructions vary by product. In general:
- Plush toys: Spot clean with a damp cloth or gentle hand wash; air dry completely
- Sisal/natural fiber toys: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid soaking in water
- Cardboard scratchers: Replace when worn; do not wet
